miRNA对食管癌调控机制的研究进展

摘要 miRNA作为一种广泛存在的非编码小RNA,通过干预mRNA的翻译调控靶基因的表达。miRNA具有癌基因或抑癌基因的双重功能,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。食管癌严重威胁人类健康,但其发病机制尚未完全清楚。现从表观遗传学、细胞信号转导途径以及血管生成等方面阐述miRNA在食管癌中调控机制的研究进展,为今后食管癌的提前诊断与治疗提供新的策略。 As a small non-coding RNA,miRNA can down-regulate target gene expressions by repressing translation.miRNAs have been closely linked to the formation and progression of cancer by its actions as potential oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes.Esophageal cancer is a great threat to human health,with a less understood pathogenesis.Here we summarize research progress in the mechanisms of regulation on epigenetics,cell signaling pathway,and angiogenesis.The understanding of molecular mechanisms may lead to the novel concepts in further diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
