药用昆虫治疗胃癌的研究进展

Research Advance of Medicinal Insects in Treatment of Gastric Carcinoma

近年来,药用昆虫在治疗各类肿瘤方面有了新的研究进展,尤其在治疗胃癌方面,科学家们研究发现有一部分药用昆虫对胃癌细胞的生长和增殖有明显的抑制作用。相对以往的化疗药物,药用昆虫具有活性较强,抗癌机制多样,不良反应少等优点,已成为研究的热点。现对各类药用昆虫抗胃癌作用和机制进行分析,为筛选和研发治疗胃癌的昆虫药提供理论依据。

In recent years,there have been some new progress about the medicinal insects in treatment of various tumour,especially in treatment of gastric carcinoma,scientists have discovered that there are several medicinal insects can obviously suppress growth and multiplication of the gastric carcinoma cells.Comparing to past chemotherapy drugs,medicinal insects have strong activity,anti-cancer mechanism is diversiform,fewer side effects,which has becoming a hot topic.Several medicinal insects which can effectively suppress gastric carcinoma and their anti-cancer mechanism were introduced,to provide a reference for screening and researching new drugs in treatment of gastric carcinoma.
