摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是细胞内一类保守的单链小分子RNA,仅19~25个核苷酸。miRNAs参与调节细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡等过程,对个体生长发育以及包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病的发生、发展起着重要的调节作用。近年来,胃癌相关miRNAs研究不断深入,从miRNAs表达谱研究、特定miRNAs的功能性分析以及特定miRNAs表达异常的内在机制等方面揭示了miRNAs在胃癌发生、发展中扮演的角色,探索了miRNAs在胃癌早期诊断、早期治疗和预后评估等方面的价值。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a class of intracellular small RNA molecules which are evolutionarily conserved and single-stranded,consisting only 19 ~25 nucleotides in length,which are involved in many cellular processes such as proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.They are closely related to biological development and many diseases,such as cancer.In recent years,study on the gastric cancer-related miRNAs are continuously deepened.The researchers fully explore the mechanisms of miRNAs in gastric cancer development from three aspects including miRNAs profile research,miRNAs functional analysis and research on mechanisms of miRNAs abnormal expression,revealing miRNAs roles in gastric cancers,exloring the value of miRNAs in early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancers.
