运动试验中QRS振幅变化与冠状动脉病变的关系

摘要 目的了解运动试验中QRS振幅变化与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法以冠状动脉造影结果将患者分为异常25例和正常15例两组。分析和比较QRS振幅在运动试验结束时与运动开始前的变化特点。结果∑QRS在运动试验结束时较运动开始前减少>5 mm,在异常组的25例中有17例、在正常组的15例中有5例。其变化对冠状动脉病变的敏感度为77%,特异度为56%。两组例数之间的比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.55,P=0.03)。结论运动试验结束时∑QRS较运动前减少>5 mm,对冠状动脉病变的诊断有一定的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance by the study of the relationship between changes of QRS amplitude in the treadmill test and alterations of the coronary artery lesions.Methods All patients were divided into two groups:Coronary artery was normal(15) and abnormal(25) through coronary arteriography(CAG).The characteristics of QRS amplitude through the fore-and-aft treadmill test were analyzed and compared.Results The ∑QRS decreased after treadmill test exceeds 5 mm.In the results of CAG were abnormal with 17 patients,and in the results of CAG were normal with 5 patients.The sensitivity of the QRS amplitude variation diagnosing coronary heart disease was 77%.The specificity was 56%.The differences were statistically significant betweent the two group(χ2=4.55,P=0.03).Conclusion The ∑QRS decreased after treadmill test exceeds 5 mm was a predictor of coronary artery lesions.
