摘要
目的分析不合理处方的原因,减少发生不安全用药的各种因素,提高药物治疗水平。方法对我院166 326例静脉药物配置中心的处方进行审核分析,发现815例不合理处方,药师对不合理处方进行分析。结果不合理处方中抗菌药物处方占的比例为19.14%,使用溶媒不当的处方比例为28.47%,使用单一药品的处方占68.84%。结论要加强临床用药的安全性、合理性、有效性,建立合理用药规范。
Objective To analyze the unreasonable prescription medication,reduce the factors which caused unsafe drug,improve the treatment level.Methods A total 166326 cases of prescription in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services was analysed,815 cases of unreasonable prescription were found and analyzed.Results The ratio of antimicrobial prescription account for 19.14% in unreasonable prescription.The ratio of using solvent inappropriately account for 28.47%.Prescription using single drug account for 68.84%.Conclusion The safety,rationality and effectiveness of clinical medication should be strengthened,and a rational pharmacy standard should be established.
