摘要
本文通过质性研究方法,研究了海外华人的跨国企业在中国的本土化政策,具体包括本土化进程的各个层次,并进一步研究了其本土化的过程中是否会受语言熟悉度及文化同质高的影响。研究发现华人在中国的投资,因为同文同种的关系,相较于其它地区,本土化的进程反而较为迟缓。这并不表示中国地区的管理干部需要较长的时间培训,反而是因为语言相通,所以母公司干部管理涉入的程度高,使得中国地区管理干部本土化的进程迟缓。本研究有助于中国在引进华人跨国投资时,对华人跨国企业的本土化进程提出更严谨的要求。
Based on qualitative research methods, this paper studies the localization policy, specifically including all levels of the localization process, of the overseas Chinese multinational companies in China, and further studies whether the process of its localization impacted by language and familiarity of the high cultural homogeneity. Study found that the localization processes of overseas Chinese investment in China, compared with investment in other regions, is relatively slow. This does not because that the training of the cadres in china takes a longer time, but because of the same language, same culture and the race relations. These factors enable the overseas Chinese parent company a high degree of involvement of management and then defer the localization in China. This study demonstrates that China government should require the overseas Chinese Corporation to enhance the localization while introduction of investment in China.
