知识共享的国家差异及其民族文化根源:跨文化研究的视角 被引量:10

摘要 采用文献研究法研究了不同国家的组织知识共享差异以及形成差异的民族文化因素。文章分析了知识共享跨文化研究的动因,从亚洲与西方,中国人与美国人,中国人与俄罗斯人,多国家或地区等方面分析了知识共享的跨文化差异,介绍了知识共享跨文化研究的方法,总结出个人主义/集体主义,圈子关系,面子问题,地位、权力距离、水平或垂直文化,竞争等影响知识共享的重要民族文化根源。本文为研究中国情境中的知识共享问题提供了文献基础。 This paper researches the differences of knowledge sharing in different country and its roots of national cultural by using documentary method. The paper analyzes the drivers of cross-culture study of knowledge sharing at first. Then the paper analyzes the cross-cultural differences of knowledge sharing from the aspects of Asia and Western, Chinese and American, Chinese and Russian, and multi-country or multi-area. After introducing their research method, the paper summarizes the important roots of national culture impacting on knowledge sharing such as individualism/collectivism(IC); group membership; face issue; status, power distance (PD), horizontal/ vertical culture; and competition. The conclusions of this paper put forward literature foundation to study on knowledge sharing issues in Chinese context.
