摘要
教学反思是初任教师迅速成长的有效途径之一,但是在实践中由于初任教师理论修养不足,教学反思技能欠缺,学校还未形成良好的教学反思氛围,仍在延续传统型评价制度等因素,导致初任教师教学反思能力欠缺。为提高初任教师的教学反思能力,教师要以课程改革为契机,提高教学理论素养,以反思方法为基点,提升教学反思技能;学校应营造良好的教学反思氛围和采用发展性评价制度。
Teaching reflection is one of an effective way for the rapid development of beginning teachers,but in practice,the begging teachers lack the theory study and teaching reflection skills.Therefore,good teaching reflection atmosphere has not been formed at school.The traditional evaluation system and some other factors lead to the lack of reflective ability of beginning teachers.To improve the reflective ability of beginning teachers,they should improve their theoretical quality by taking advantage of the curriculum reform and improve reflective ability by taking reflection skills as the basis.Meanwhile,schools should create a good atmosphere and use the system of development-oriented evaluation system.
