对农村乡镇初中而言,名师培养应立足本校,树立全员的本土化名师培养思路。具体策略为:构建学习型学校,以"面"促"点",推进名师工程的全员参与;强化行动研究,边"行"边"思",缩短名师成长的周期;重视课题建设,"教"、"研"相长,提高名师的理论素养;拓展网络交流,"进"、"出"并举,实现学校、教师双赢。

As for rural junior high schools in towns,the training of famous teachers should be based on their own resources by establishing the concept of training localized famous teachers of the entire faculty.The specific strategies include：build learning-oriented schools to promote the all-faculty participation of the famous teacher training program,for only the development of school will promote the growth of the faculty;strengthen action research to shorten the growth cycle of the famous teachers training with the concept of ＂doing＂ while ＂thinking＂;attach significance to subject construction to enhance the theoretical attainment of the famous teachers and make progress by teaching and scientific research;expand net exchange and encourage teachers to go outside and meanwhile invite other famous teachers to give lectures in order to realize the win-win of both school and teachers.
