摘要
教学文化是师生在长期交往过程中建立起来的相对稳定的集体性文化,新型课堂教学文化的重构聚焦于教师与学生学习力的生成。教师学习力的生成途径为:开展教学反思,提高教师的再学习意识;重视团队合作,建立教师间相互学习的机制;充分调动校内外的学习资源,促进教师专业化发展;成为学生学习的参与者。学生学习力的生成途径为:发现知识的个人意义,重塑学习者的主体意识;善于运用多元的学习方法,提升学习绩效;利用成就目标定向,进行自我激励;成为教师学习的合作者。
Classroom teaching culture is a relatively stable collective culture which is formed in the process of the longtime communication between teachers and students.The reconstruction of the new classroom teaching culture focuses on generating the learning capacity of both teachers and students.Generating teacher's learning capacity includes practising teaching reflection to enhance teacher's learning awareness;paying attention to team cooperation to establish mutual learning mechanism among teachers;mobilizing the learning resources in and out to promote the professional development of teachers;participating in students' study.Generating students' learning capacity include finding the personal meaning of knowledge to reshape the learners' subject consciousness;using multiple learning methods to improve learning performance;using achievement goal orientation to achieve self-motivation;becoming teachers' learning participants.
