摘要
英语阅读教学低效表现为:以理解课文为目的,忽视语言三维目标;以语言形式为重点,忽视阅读技能培养;以教师讲授为中心,忽视学生主体地位;以教材精读为依托,忽视课外泛读补充;以终结评价为标准,忽视阅读过程评价。为此,教师应把握好英语阅读教学的各个环节,即设计合理阅读目标,围绕目标开展活动,调动学生主体参与,培养学生基本阅读策略,实施阅读过程评价。
Low efficiency in English reading teaching is reflected in the following aspects:taking the understanding of the text itself as its major goal instead of arriving at the three dimensional purposes of language teaching;attaching the most importance to the linguistic form with neglecting the development of language skills;regarding teacher rather than students as the principal position in the teaching process;focusing on intensive reading within the textbooks without after-class extensive reading practice;not using process evaluation but summative assessment.Therefore,teachers are required to monitor the whole process of reading teaching by designing reasonable reading aims,carrying out reading interactions,cultivating reading skills of the students and implementing process evaluation.
