大学生创业失败归因分析——以“天行健”和“易得方舟”为例被引量：7

摘要 "天行健"和"易得方舟"等大学生创业失败案例宣告了曾经红极一时的大学生创业狂潮开始走向理性发展阶段。深入分析这两个大学生创业失败典型案例,可知创业经验缺乏、压力承受力不够、拥有资源和资金少是他们创业失败的直接原因。此外,在创业过程中出现反失败偏差、过度自信和承诺升级等,也是他们创业失败的常见认知根源。
