摘要
经磁埸处理过的水与普通水在许多方面都有差异,尤其用于生物系统后表现出更为明显的差别效应.磁处理水用于啤酒大麦发芽, 经实验证实提高了大麦浸麦度,加快了大麦发芽速度,使麦芽中的酶活力显著提高,缩短了啤酒生产周期,提高了啤酒的产出率和品质.
The water treated in magnetic field differs significantly from ordinary water in many attributes, especially when applied bio system. Through barley germination test in beer brewing the experimental study confirms that adopting magnetic water can raise coefficient of soaking expansion, increase germination rate, and significantly enhance enzyme activity of malt. Therefore, adopting magnetic water in beer brewing has great potential in shortening beer production period, saving water resource and increasing beer production rate.
