我国小学教师需求与培养规模的变动趋势分析

Analysis of theChanges in Trend of Demand and Training Scale for Primary School Teachers in China

基于学龄人口、在校生规模、生师比和教师自然减员等指标,结合近几年小学教师变动趋势,分析得出2010-2020年我国小学教师需求量呈增长态势。现有初等教育等专科以上师范专业的培养规模,还远远不能满足今后小学教师需求大幅增长的需要。应当考虑在小学教师培养中普遍实行师范生免费教育,或者改革现有师范专业使其适应小学教师培养需要,从而增加小学教师供给,并提高培养质量。

Based on school-age populations,enrolments,pupil and teacher ratios and numbers of retires from their posts,this paper discovers that teachers of primary schools（TPS） will be increasing from 2010 to 2020 by analyzing the changes of TPS in recent years.The scales of normal students majored in primary education in normal colleges don＇t meet the demands for rising of TPS in large.Accordingly,free education plan in TPS education should be carried out and some normal disciplines and subjects should be reformed in order to raise supplies and qualities of TPS.
