中美职业教育信息化发展水平比较研究

Research on the comparison of informatization level between China and America

在时间维度,我国信息化战略与美国几乎同步,然而对信息化内涵理解的不同和信息化基础建设水平的差距,已造成了我国职业教育信息化发展成果与美国的巨大差距,网络的运用水平是这一差距的主要体现:美国正在努力通过使用网络创造一种自动化的社会,而我们仍在机械化社会应用网络。缩短这一差距的途径不仅是要深化对信息化内涵的理解,更要高度重视作为知识经济重要组成部分的大型数据库建设等信息化发展基础建设。

From the time perspective,we started the informatization strategy nearly at the same time with America,but now there is a big gap of informatization level between this two countries due to the different understanding of the meaning of informatization and the gap of the foundation for informatization,which is mainly embodied in the application of internet,i.e.American has been trying to create a new automatic society by utilizing internet,but we were just using internet in the old mechanical society.In order to short this gap,we need not only to deep our understanding of the meaning of informatization,but also to emphasize the building of the great database that is the important component of knowledge economy.
