入水后爆炸问题的数值模拟技术

摘要 应用各种数值计算方法及计算处理技术,编制程序实现了对弹体入水后爆炸问题全过程的数值模拟。其中弹体与水、爆轰产物气体与弹壳之间的相互作用通过流固耦合技术来描述;水面与空气、爆轰产物与水、空气之间的相互作用采用VOF方法(Volume-of-Fluid)来描述;采用了刚体-柔体转换、单元失效删除等计算技术以更高效、更好地模拟弹体入水后爆炸整个过程。应用本文的计算程序对的弹体入水后爆炸过程进行了数值模拟,计算结果表明本文的计算程序可以较好地模拟弹体破坏过程和水-空气、水-爆炸轰产物气体界面运动过程。 According to the characteristics of the process of water entry-then-explosion, a 2D calculation code was developed to couple different numerical, methods and numerical technology in this paper. The Eulerian multi-material hydrodynamic method was used to simulate the behave of flow region,And the dynamic finite element method was used to calculate the response of projectile. Some numerical technology such as VOF(Volume-ofoFluid) method,Rigid body-Deformable body transformming technology were used to make the code work better.The code in this paper was used to simulate a problem of water entry-then-explosion. The numerical results indicated that the method has the ability of simulating the underwater flow field, the movement of free surface and the failure of projectile in the process of water entry-then-explosion.
