摘要
《帝王略论》是虞世南对唐以前君主言行的简要评论,但其评语中含有丰富的君德思想。圣德、仁德、霸德三德之间既有境界高低的不同,又代表了三种不同的君德思想。君德不仅是君主个人的行为,它也关系民与臣。修德更有其重要性,但君德理论缺乏权力的制约,终究不能塑造完善的政治。
＂Comments on Emperors＂ is brief review on emperors before Tong dynasty,but the reviews include abundant thought of rulers＇ morality.There are different levels among saint morality,benevolent morality,and hegemonic morality representing three kinds of rulers＇ morality.Rulers＇ morality is not only individual behavior but also relating to people and officials.Although rulers＇ morality is important,the theory is lack of constraint power since it can not make perfect politics.
