氨氯地平联合培哚普利对高血压患者左室结构及功能的影响

Effects of Combined Treatment by Amlodipine and Perindopril on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Ventricular Function in Hypertensive Patients

观察了60例高血压患者口服氨氯地平联合培哚普利平均12个月后左室结构和功能改变。结果表明治疗后降压效果显著（P＜0．01），心率无变化（P＞0．05），室间隔、左室后壁及左室重量指数均明显下降（P＜0．01），A峰速度明显下降，E峰速度及E／A比值明显增高（P＜0．01）。

The 60 hypertensive patients were given amlodipine 5mg/d and perindopril 4mg/d for an average of 12 months. The blood pressure, left ventriculars structure and cardiac function were ob-served. Both SBP and DBP decreased (P<0.01 ),HR didn't change (P>0. 05), LVMI, IVST,PWT became thiner (P<0. 01 ),PAV decreased, PEV,E/A ratio increased (P<0. 01 ).
