文章借鉴肯尼斯.伯克的"五位一体"动机语法,对奥巴马在2009年11月16日的上海演讲中五个要素及其关系比的戏剧主义视角分析,揭示话语构建动机和行为的机制,并在分析基础上阐述伯克"五位一体"理论与方法在语篇分析中的实用性和可操作性。
From the perspective of Kenneth Burke＇s dramatic pentad,it attempts to analyze the speech given to Shanghai college students by American President Obama on November 16th,2009.The analysis aims to reveal the implicit motives of the speech.At the same time it is argued that Burke＇s dramatic pentad provides an effective and powerful framework for discourse analysis,especially the analysis of human action and motives.
