椎体成形术治疗重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)治疗重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的可行性并分析疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2010年10月采用PVP治疗重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折12例,13个伤椎。分别于术前,术后3d、1个月及终末随访时对患者的VAS评分进行评价;于术前、术后3d及终末随访时测量骨折椎体前、中部的高度和Cobb角。结果 12例手术均顺利,疼痛于术后72h内明显缓解。随访3~22个月,平均8.5个月。VAS评分由术前(8.2±0.9)分到术后3d(2.8±0.6)分术后1个月(2.6±0.7)分和最终随访(2.5±0.6)分(P〈0.01);手术椎体前中柱平均高度由术前(8.5±1.0)mm到术后3d(9.1±1.3)mm和最终随访(9.0±1.1)mm(P〉0.05);Cobb角平均由术前(27±4)°到术后3d(25±4)和最终随访(25±4)°(P〉0.05);2例2个椎体发生骨水泥泄漏。结论 PVP治疗重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,只要熟练掌握穿刺技术,可以获得满意的疗效,其疗效与椎体高度变化无关。
