摘要
目的观察氯沙坦、螺内酯及二者合用对急性心肌梗死早期毛细血管的影响。方法建立大鼠的心肌梗死模型,早期应用醛固酮受体拮抗剂螺内酯20 mg.kg-1.d-1,血管紧张素-ⅡATI受体拮抗剂氯沙坦10 mg.kg-1.d-1及二者合用进行干预与心肌梗死组比较,观察心肌梗死后3 d,7 d梗死周围区毛细血管密度的变化。结果梗死周围区毛细血管密度在心肌梗死后3 d和7 d用药组均高于心肌梗死组(P<0.01)。结论氯沙坦、螺内酯及其联合应用有助于改善急性心肌梗死后侧支循环。
Objective To investigate the effects of losartan,spironolactone and combination therapy on capillaries at early period after myocardial infarction in rats.Methods After the establishment of the myocardial infarction models,the rats were administrated with aldosterone receptor antagonist-spironolactone 20 mg·kg-1·d-1,angiotensin-Ⅱ ATI receptor antagonist-losartan 10mg·kg-1·d-1at early period,then,combined appilication of the two drugs to intervent the myocardial infarction,and the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.The changes of capillary density around the region of myocardial infarction on the 3rd and 7th day after myocardial infarction were observed.Results The capillary density around the region of myocardial infarction on the 3rd and 7th day after myocardial infarction in administration group was significantly higher than that of myocardial infarction group(P0.01).Conclusion The losartan,spironolactone alone and combination appilication of the two drugs can contribute to improving the collateral circulation after acute myocardial infarction in rats.
