1996年澄城县被陕西省确定为“社区与家庭健康促进”项目县。项目实施3年来，该县各级政府和有关部门对妇幼卫生事业高度重视，齐抓共管，加强领导，突出重点，制定相应的干预措施，拓宽妇幼卫生工作领域，较好地完成了项目工作阶段任务，带动了全县妇幼卫生事业的全面发展。

Chengcheng County was determined as an item county of 'health promotion of the community and family 'in 1996.Since 3 years,the governments at all levels and the departments concered have paid great attention to the MCH cause．By streflgthening leadership, stressing the main points, working out the corresponding intervene measurements,expanding the fields of MCH work, the phase task of the item work has been finished well, the MCH cause of this county has been developed roundly.
