摘要
本文主要分析了不同频率间谐波对常见采用IEC推荐检测算法的闪变仪的影响。通过对IEC推荐的闪变检测方法进行详细的分析、计算推导,得出当间谐波频率为0.5~35Hz时IEC闪变仪的误差受带通滤波器衰减性能影响;而当间谐波分量频率介于35~99.5Hz间时,由于该检测算法的设计缺陷,测量结果与理论值差别较大。最后使用PSCAD软件对不同频率间谐波引起的电压闪变进行了仿真,并与理论计算值对比,结果验证了理论分析的准确性。
This paper mainly focused on analyzing the influence of inter-harmonics of different frequencies to flicker meter which adopts normal detecting algorithm recommended by IEC.Through detailed analysis,calculation and deduction on flicker detecting method recommended by IEC,conclusions could be get that when the frequency of inter-harmonic varies between 0.5~35Hz,the error of IEC flicker meter is influenced by the damping performance of band-pass filter.When the frequency of inter-harmonic varies between 35~99.5Hz,the error between detecting result and theoretical value is big due to the designing defects of the detecting method.Computer simulations are carried out aiming at voltage flicker caused by different inter-harmonics,and simulation results verify the accuracy of the theory analysis in this paper.
