稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常的系统评价

System evaluation of Wenxinkeli in treatment of elderly arrhythmia

目的:系统评价稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常的疗效和安全性。方法:检索并选取国内、外公开发表的关于稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常的随机对照试验文献,筛选合格文献进行研究,应用Jadad评分法进行质量评价,运用异质性检验、Mata分析、漏斗图分析等方法统计相关数据。结果:共有14项研究符合纳入标准。与对照组比较,步长稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常的临床疗效比数比OR合并值为0.45,95%可信区间(CI)为(0.34～0.58)。结论:Meta分析结果显示,稳心颗粒具有提高老年心律失常常规治疗有效率的作用,且无明显不良反应,安全性好,可在临床上广泛应用。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Wenxinkeli in the treatment of elderly arrhythmia by using Meta analysis.Methods：We studied and retrieved the randomized controlled trial domestic and foreign literatures published about use of Wenxinkeli in the treatment of elderly arrhythmia,and selected the qualified research literatures.We used Jadad quality assessment score method,the heterogeneity test,Mata analysis funnel plot analysis of statistical data and other methods.Results：A total of 14 studies met the inclusion criteria.Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy OR of Wenxinkeli for elderly arrhythmia was 0.45 and CI was 95%（0.34～0.58）.Conclusion：Wenxinkeli for elderly arrhythmia can improve the efficiency of conventional treatment, with no significant adverse reactions and safety and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
