摘要
目的:研究上海市吴淞地区2008~2010年,7~10月志贺菌菌群分布及其药敏特点,以指导临床治疗。方法:经大便培养筛选志贺菌,用生化和血清学方法鉴定菌群和血清型。采用Kirby Bauer法检测病原耐药性。结果:在74例细菌性痢疾患者中,宋内氏志贺氏菌最多。对抗菌素敏感性有差异。结论:2008~2010年,7~10月上海市吴淞地区引起细菌性痢疾的志贺菌群中以宋内氏志贺氏菌为主。氟喹诺酮类抗菌素仍是最有效的抗菌素之一,但有一定的耐药性。
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and antibiotic resistance of bacillary dysentery in Shanghai Wusong area from July to Oct. every year in 2008 to 2010 to provide scientific basis for its effective prevention.Methods:We screened Shigella dysenteriae by Sed cultivation ,identified strain by biochemistry and serological method and detected antibiotics resistance by Kirby Bauer.Results:The most strain was S.sonnei among 74 cases of bacillary dysentery and there was a significant difference in antibiotics resistance.Conclusion:S.sonnei is the main strain of 74 cases of bacillary dysentery in Shanghai Wusong area from July to Oct every year in 2008 to 2010.Fluoroquinolone antibiotics are effective but have some resistance.
