摘要 即刻种植义齿被称为21世纪口腔种植医学的发展方向,即刻种植义齿技术是近十年来迅速发展起来的一种新型且日趋成熟的义齿修复技术,它和延期牙种植比较具有疗程短、费用少和美学效果佳的特点,同时还具有减少牙槽骨生理性吸收、避免大的植骨或重建、更符合生物力学要求和能很好地恢复咀嚼功能等优点,已被越来越多的失牙患者所接受,临床应用也日趋广泛。但即刻种植义齿存在着外科、软组织、支架机械性以及发音和美观等方面的一些并发症,而对于某些并发症的处理尚处于起步、研究阶段。文章从外科、硬组织、软组织、材料工艺及美学效果等5个角度出发,就即刻种植义齿常见并发症的预防与处理作一介绍。 Immediate osseous dental implant is regarded as the developing tendency of dental implant in the 21st century. To maximize the benefits of immediate dental implant and to minimize the implant failure, we should learn the common status of complications and treatment of immediate osseous dental implant in order to further improve its efficacy and safety. This paper will outline a synthesis of preventions and treatments of common immediate osseous dental implant complications reflecting the following factors: Surgery, hard tissue, soft tissue circumstances, materials and technology, aesthetic effects.
