直喷汽油机电控喷油系统的开发研究

The Development of Electronic-controlled Injection System for GDI Engine

摘要 开发了汽油直喷发动机电控喷油系统,选取飞思卡尔MC9S12DP512MPVE单片机作为发动机ECU的主控芯片,设计了喷油驱动电路模块,制订了不同工况下喷油控制策略。发动机试验证明,该电控喷油系统能提供不同工况所需喷射压力,符合设计的喷油控制策略,能够可靠保证发动机的喷油性能要求。 The MC9S12DP512MPVE single chip computer was used as the main controller of ECU,the fuel injection driving circuit module was designed,the fuel injection control strategies of different conditions were made and finally the GDI engine electronic control fuel injection system was developed.By the experiment,the control system was proved to be able to provide the required injection pressure of different conditions,which agreed with the designed control strategy and assured the performance of engine fuel injection.
