面向控制的三效催化转化器建模

摘要 为了利用Pt/Rh/CeO2/γ-Al2O3三效催化转化器的动态特性降低排放,开发了面向控制的三效催化转化器模型,将求解的Ce表面相对O2覆盖率(ROC)作为推理传感器,为控制器提供反馈信号准备。结果表明,面向控制的三效催化转化器模型精度满足要求,模型求解的氧存储能力(OSC)可用于OBD在线诊断三效催化转化器是否老化,并可准确求解三效催化转化器出口过量空气系数和Ce表面相对O2覆盖率。 A control oriented model of three-way catalytic converter was developed to reduce emission by using the dynamic characteristics of Pt/Ph/CeO2/γ-Al2O3 three-way catalytic converter.The calculated relative oxygen coverage of Ce surface was taken as the deduction sensor to provide feedback signal preparation for controller.The results show that precision of the control oriented model of three-way catalytic converter can meet the requirements and the calculated oxygen storage capacity(OSC) can be used to determine the aging state of the three-way catalytic converter through OBD online diagnosis.Moreover,the excess air ratio of the three-way catalytic converter outlet and relative oxygen coverage of Ce surface can be calculated correctly.
