强烈机械噪声下的爆燃控制策略

摘要 介绍了发动机爆燃产生的原因及影响,分析了点火时刻对发动机爆燃及性能的影响,阐述了发动机控制系统对爆燃的检测过程,对强烈高频机械噪声影响下发动机爆燃控制系统的爆燃检测及控制策略进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,对爆燃识别很差的气缸实施引导控制策略控制效果明显改善。 The reason and influence of knock were introduced,the influence of ignition timing on engine knock and performance were analyzed,the knock detection of engine control system was presented and finally the strategies of knock detection and control under strong mechanical noises were studied by the experiment.The results show that the control effect improves greatly when the guided control strategy is applied to the cylinder which can poorly identify the knock.
