摘要
针对一款装有DOC的柴油机,利用IMPROVE(Interagency Monitoring of Protected Visual Environ-ment)TOR方法对排放微粒的碳质组分进行试验研究。结果表明:碳质组分的排放速率均随着负荷的增加而增加,随着转速的增加,负荷的变化对碳质组分的影响更加明显;随着负荷的增加,元素碳的增长幅度大于有机碳;DOC能够降低微粒中有机碳排放速率20%~60%,对元素碳的氧化转化效率较低;中等转速时,负荷的增大对OC1,EC2排放速率影响明显;DOC后有机碳、元素碳中的各组分比例变化不大。
For a diesel engine equipped with DOC,the carbon content of particulate was researched with the IMPROVE(interagency monitoring of protected visual environment) TOR method.The results show that the TC(total carbon) emission rate increases with load increase and the trend is more distinct when the speed increases.The EC emission increase rate is higher than that of the OC with load increase.In addition,DOC can decrease OC emission rate by 20%~60%,but decrease the EC emission less.At medium speed,the influences of load increase on OC1 and EC2 emission rate are obvious.On the whole,the proportion between components in OC and EC changes slightly after DOC.
