摘要
以SAE J1939诊断协议为基础,结合增压稀燃天然气发动机电喷系统,开发出了一种天然气发动机的故障诊断系统。通过故障模拟试验和台架试验,验证了该自诊断系统的功能和性能,诊断系统可有效诊断出系统故障,并作出相应的故障处理操作。
Based on the SAE J1939,a fault diagnosis system of NG engine was developed by combining with the electronic fuel injection system of turbocharger lean-burn NG engine.Through the fault simulation and bench test,the function and performance of self-diagnosable system was verified.The results show that the system can diagnose the faults effectively and adopt the corresponding safeguards.
