锌钙制剂对生长发育迟缓儿童视力发育与血钙、锌、铅的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Calcium and Zinc Preparation on Visual Development and the Level of Peripheral Blood Calcium,Zinc,and Lead in Stunting Children

摘要 目的研究锌钙制剂补充对生长发育迟缓儿童视力发育及血钙、锌、铅的影响。方法从昆山市儿童保健系统中随机筛选30例生长发育迟缓儿童作为研究组,1037名生长发育正常儿童作为对照组。研究组服用葡萄糖酸锌钙口服溶液,于服药后3个月、6个月,测量血中锌、钙、铅含量及视力等指标,并与对照组进行比较。结果锌钙补充前研究组血清锌、血清钙含量均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组血铅含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组球径和柱径与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。补充钙锌制剂后,研究组血钙在3个时间段内不断升高,不同时间段比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但血锌和血铅差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。补充钙锌后,不同时间段球径和柱径变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同时间段视力异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论钙锌补充可提高生长发育迟缓儿童的血钙水平,促进视力发育。 Objective To explore the effect of calcium and zinc preparation on visual development and the level of peripheral blood calcium, zinc, and lead in stunting children. Methods The 30 stunting children (study group)and 1037 normal controls(control group) were recruited randomly from the child health care organization in Kunshan city. Oral Calcium Gluconate Zinc was given to the study group, and then blood znic, calcium, lead, and vision in both groups were measured 3 and 6 months after Calcium Gluconate Zinc supplementation. Results The levels of blood zinc and calcium in study group were lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but there was no significant difference in lead level between the two groups (P 〉0. 05); There was significant difference of ball and column diameter between the two groups(P 〈0. 01 ). 3 and 6 months after Calcium Gluconate Zinc supplementation, the blood calcium level in study group increased gradually, and there was sig- nificant difference during different time periods(P 〈0. 01 ) , but the levels of znic and lead showed no significant difference during different time periods( P 〉 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in ball and column diameler during different time periods(P 〉 0. 05),but there was significant difference in abnormal rate of vision at different time periods (P〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Calcium and Zinc preparation can increase the level of blood calcium and develop vision in stunting children.
