摘要 柔性管理是在新经济时代中产生而形成的新的管理理论。柔性管理是在研究人的心理和行为规律的基础上，采用非强制性方式，在人们心目中产生一种潜在的说服力，从而把组织意志变为人们的自觉行为。柔性管理作为管理科学的一种新领域，已引起医务界的高度关注和重视。
