中国高等教育国际化风险及其对策研究

Research on Risk and Strategies of International High Education in China

中国高等教育国际化进程中,大学的职能与经济、政治、文化、社会等功能在某种条件下会发生冲突,存在一定的风险隐患。中国高等教育国际化风险是客观存在的,但具有可控性。在分析中国高等教育国际化存在的政治风险、经济风险、供求风险、社会文化风险以及监管风险内容基础上,本文提出了规避这些风险的具体对策与建议。

During the process of internationalization of higher education,under certain conditions the University functions and the political,economic,social,cultural and other functions will conflict,there are some potential risks.The risk of internationalization of higher education in China is an objective reality,but it is controllable.On the basis of this paper analysis the internationalization of higher education in China in the presence of political risk,economic risk,supply risk,social and cultural content of risk and regulatory risk,the risk aversion for the specific measures and suggestions are discussed.
