接骨冲剂对家兔骨折愈合影响的实验研究

Experimental research of Jiegu granule on fracture healing in rabbit

目的研究接骨冲剂对家兔骨折愈合的影响。方法选用新西兰大白兔48只,雌雄各半,造成左桡骨中上段的骨折模型,术后第1天将家兔随机分为空白组、对照组、中药组,并开始灌胃给药。术后第10天、第20天、第30天、第40天每组处死4只兔子,取其左侧桡骨,拍X线片,测骨密度。取左上肢仔细剔除附着的肌肉等组织,保留骨膜及骨痂;以骨折间隙为中心两端各保留1 cm,投入10%甲醛溶液中固定,脱钙,石蜡包埋,行HE染色。结果与其他2组比较,中药组骨折愈合情况较好。结论接骨冲剂能影响兔骨折愈合过程中软骨内成骨,增加成骨细胞活性,促进钙在细胞内沉积,促进骨痂形成及骨折愈合。

Objective It is to study the effect of Jiegu granule on fracture healing in rabbits.Methods Left radial fracture models in upper and middle stage of 48 New Zealand rabbits,whose sex ratio was 1∶ 1,were made and treated nothing.The animals were randomly divide into three groups including blank group,control group and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group,and were given medicines by intragastric administration on first day after operation.Four rabbits of each group were killed at 10 th,20 th,30 th and 40 th day after surgery,left radius were gotten to do examination with X-ray and to examine BMD.The left radial was collected and its muscle tissue adnexed was cut down carefully to keep bone membrane and bone scab only,and reservations periosteal bone callus were fixed in 10% formalin,decalcificated,embedded in paraffin and stained by HE.Results Compared with other two groups,the condition of fracture healing in Jiegu granule group was better.Conclusion Jiegu granule can affect fracture healing process by promoting the cartilage into bone,increasing bone activity,promoting calcium sedimentation and fracture healing.
