保留肾单位的肾癌切除术(附17例报告)

Nephron sparing surgery for renal cell carcinoma patients(report of 17 cases)

目的评价保留肾单位的肾癌切除术的临床价值。方法回顾性分析17例保留肾单位肾癌切除术患者的临床资料。结果手术经过均顺利,手术时间70～105 min,平均85 min;未输血,无严重并发症。术后随访6～36个月,均未发现肾肿瘤复发或远处转移。结论保留肾单位的肾癌切除术是安全、疗效确切的手术方式,是局限性小肾癌特别是对侧肾脏病变患者的理想选择。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of nephron sparing surgery for renal cell carcinoma patients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed a total of 17 renal cell carcinoma cases who received nephron sparing surgery.Among these patients,the diameter of the tumors was 2-6cm,the mean was 3.5cm.All tumors were in T1 stage.During the operation,all 17 cases were temporarily interrupted renal circulation.Results All patients reaceived successful surgical operation,and the operation time lasted from 70 to 105 min,the eaverage time was 85 min.No case was transfused,and no serious surgical complications took place.All were followed up for an average period of 15.2 months（range from 6 to 36 months）,no local recurrence or the metastasis of carcinoma were observed.Conclusion Nephron sparing surgery is safe and effective for the patients with small localized renal cell carcinoma,and it is an ideal choice for patients with small localized renal cell carcinoma especially when opposite renal is abnormal.
