3种根管封闭材料根管充填术后疼痛的临床观察

Comparative study of postoperative pain applying three canal sealers for root canal therapy

目的对比观察3种根管封闭材料在根管充填术后近期发生疼痛的情况。方法临床上选取因牙髓炎或根尖周炎需行根管治疗的206例单根前牙,随机分为3组,分别采用AH Plus糊剂加牙胶尖(A组)、Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖(B组)、氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖(C组)为根管充填材料进行根管充填,对于近期疼痛发生情况用VSA评价标尺记录并行检验分析比较。结果氧化锌丁香油糊剂组术后疼痛发生率要高于AH plus糊剂组和Cortisomol糊剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以AH Plus糊剂及Cortisomol糊剂作为根管封闭材料可明显减少根管充填术后疼痛的发生。

Objective To compare the occurrence of postoperative pain after applying three canal sealers for root canal filling.Methods 206 single rooted anterior teeth scheduled for root canal therapy were included from outpatients,which were randomly divided into three groups.After root canal instrumentation using step-back technique,root canal filling was finished with AH Plus,cortisomol and zinc oxide eugenol as sealers respectively.The occurrence of postoperative pain was evaluated by VAS value ruler after root canal filling.Results The diffreence in pain among the three groups were statisticallly significant after root canal filling.The incidence of postoperative pain in zinc oxide eugenol group is higher significantly than the other two groups.Conclusion The root canal therapy using AH Plus and Cortisomol sealer can significantly reduce postoperative pain.
