氧化应激与精子DNA损伤 被引量:9

摘要 目前我国不育症的患病率约10%~15%,其中50%是由男方因素引起的。引起男性不育的常见因素有精索静脉曲张、隐睾、感染、梗阻、囊肿性纤维化、外伤、肿瘤等,近年来研究认为,不明原因的男性不育患者精液中存在高水平的活性氧和较低的抗氧化占25%~40%[1]。
