摘要
采用空间诱变技术对莆薯638种子进行处理,观察比较其后代主要性状与对照(未搭载种子后代)的差异,结果表明:空间诱变处理对甘薯种子萌芽率影响不大,但能促进幼苗生长,提高大中薯率和薯块产量,并能改善薯块品质,获得特异性种质材料;对薯皮颜色影响不大,而对薯肉色具有较大影响;淀粉率和产量都有所提高,表明空间诱变技术可以使甘薯主要经济性状中的淀粉率与产量的负相关性有所降低。
Sweet potato seeds of "Pushu 638" were treated by space mutation techniqueand the variation condition in above - ground parts and under - ground parts between different two progenies from satallite - carried and control ( non - carried) seeds were compared. The result showed that the effect of space induction on germination rate was not prominent, but it improvedseedling growth and significantly increased the proportionof large - and medium - sized root tubers, as well as the yield of the mutants. Space induction of mutation also improved the quality of root tubers and acquired some germplasms with specific characters. Space induction of mutation had less effect on skin color of treated sweet potato but had obvious effect on mutant flesh color. The starch content and yield of mutant were also improved to some degree, which indicated the space mutation technique could decrease the condition of negative relationship between starch content and yield in the main economic characters of sweet potato.
