摘要
以福薯7-6为材料研究不同氮肥用量对菜用甘薯叶片活性氧代谢的影响。试验结果表明,氮不足或氮过量的情况下,福薯7-6叶片由于SOD活性下降,而且POD活性的提高不能及时清除SOD催化产生的H2O2,O.2-的积累提高了生物膜的过氧化作用,导致质膜相对透性增加,离子大量外渗,相对电导率增加,这些均导致叶片细胞受到伤害。
The active oxygen metabolism of vegetable sweet potato under different nitrogen levels were studied. The results showed that, under both nitrogen insufficient and excessive conditions, the leaves of "Fushu7 -6" couldn't remove H202 timely owing to the decrease of SOD activity and increase of POD activity. At the same time the accumulation of O 2^- aggravated peroxidation of biomembrane, leading to the increase of membrane permeability and extravasation of ion and increase of relative conductivity. These unheahh metabolisms caused the harm of cells.
