宁心定悸胶囊治疗房性期前收缩临床观察

Clinical Observation of Capsule of Ning-xin Ding-ji on Premature Atrial Contraction

目的:观察宁心定悸胶囊治疗房性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:选取60例房性期前收缩患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用宁心定悸胶囊治疗;对照组30例采用慢心律治疗。1个疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后临床症状改变、24 h动态心电图及心率变异性分析的情况。结果:24 h动态心电图疗效比较,治疗组显效9例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%;对照组显效13例,有效7例,无效10例,总有效率66.7%。治疗组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。中医证候疗效比较,治疗组临床治愈17例,显效5例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组临床治愈7例,显效11例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%。治疗组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。心率变异主要指标SDNN、SDNN Index、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50变化值比较,治疗组与对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:宁心定悸胶囊对房性期前收缩治疗有效,能提高HRV,可预防房性期前收缩的发生并明显改善中医证候。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Capsule of Ning-xin Ding-ji on premature atrial contraction.Method： 60 cases with premature atrial contraction were divided into two groups randomly.30 cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule of Ning-xin Ding-ji,and the other 30 ones in control group were done with mexiletine.One treatment course included 4 weeks.Then the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,24 hours＇ dynamic electrocardiogram and heart rate variability were observed and analyzed.Result： On 24 hours＇ dynamic electrocardiogram,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.On Chinese syndrome effect,in treatment group 9 cases were excellent,13 ones effective,and 8 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.3%.In control group 13 cases were excellent,7ones effective,and 10 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 66.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.On heart rate variability,in treatment group 17cases were recovered,5 ones excellent,5 ones effective,3 ones ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0%.In control group 7 cases recovered,11 ones excellent,8 ones effective,4 ones ineffective.The total effecive rate was 86.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups on SDNN,SDNN Index,SDANN,RMSSD and PNN50（P0.01,or P0.05）.Conclusion： Capsule of Ning-xin Ding-ji has good effect on premature atrial contraction.It can improve HRV,prevent premature atrial contraction from occurrence,and improve Chinese syndrome markedly.
