韦氏定点侧旋提推法治疗沟环综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of WEI's Fixed-point Sidespin Drawing and Pushing Maneuver on Groove-atlus Syndrome

目的:观察韦氏定点侧旋提推法治疗沟环综合征的效果。方法:对临床确诊的沟环综合征患者80例,随机分为韦氏定点侧旋提推法治疗组和牵引治疗对照组,观察治疗前后症状体征功能评分。结果:治疗组40例中,治愈18例,显效16例,有效6例,无效0例,显效率为85.0%,总有效率100.0%;对照组40例中,治愈10例,显效15例,有效11例,无效4例,显效率为62.5%,总有效率90.0%。两组显效率比较,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:韦氏手法治疗沟环综合征效果明显优于一般保守治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the effect of WEI＇s fixed-point sidespin drawing and pushing maneuver on groove-atlus syndrome.Method： 80 cases with clinical definite groove-atlus syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.40 cases in treatment group were treated with WEI＇s fixed-point sidespin drawing and pushing maneuver,and the other 40 ones in control group were done with traction therapy.The symptoms,signs and functional scores were observed and contrasted before and after treatment.Result： In treatment group 18 cases were recovered,16 ones excellent,6 ones effective,and no one ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%,and the excellent rate was 95%.In control group 10 cases were recovered,15 ones excellent,11 ones effective,and 4 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.0%,and the excellent rate was 62.5%.There was very significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： WEI＇s fixed-point sidespin drawing and pushing maneuver has better effect on groove-atlus syndrome than common expectant treatment.
