目标管理在高校化学实验教学资源管理中的应用

Application of Management by Objective to Didactical Resource Management of Chemistry Experiment in Institution of Higher Education

为了克服当前高校化学实验教学资源管理模式中存在的不足,提升化学实验教学资源的管理水平,在实验技术人员定量化管理的基础上,引入了目标管理方法.从目标管理的总体思路、多层次目标体系的建立、目标实施过程中的进程控制、衡量实际绩效及实施目标管理的意义等多方面介绍目标管理的应用.

Based on quantitative management of technicians of laboratories,management by objective is introduced into didactical resource management of chemistry experiment in Institution of Higher Education to make up the shortage of current management pattern and to promote the management level.The application of management by objective is elaborated from the points of the general idea,establishing multi-level target system,process control,evaluating performance,the significance and so on.
