在调查师范院校实验室管理机构现状的基础上,提出当前设置独立实验室管理机构的必要性,并进一步阐述大型精密仪器设备共享、实验室开放和实验室队伍三方面建设是独立实验室管理机构工作的重点.

Under the investigation on the current situation of laboratory management organization in normal universities,firstly states the necessity of establishing independent laboratory management organization and then goes further that the key work of independent laboratory management organization is to construct three aspects as follow： platform sharing in large-scale precision instruments and equipment,lab opening and laboratory team.
