摘要
法学实验教学是法学教学的重要组成部分,是培养法学专业技能和创新意识的重要途径.立足于法学教育自身特点,从教学内容、形式、考核机制等方面探讨创新型法学实验教学模式的构建,以及该模式对法学教育工作者的职业技能要求.
Experimental teaching of law science is important component of law science teaching.It is key to develop legal skills and awareness of innovation.Based on the characteristics of legal education,innovative modes of the experimental teaching are discussed from the content of courses,teaching forms and evaluation patterns.Additionally,professional skills following the innovative modes are referred.
