通过测定碾米机、抛光机出机米淘米水的浊度,间接反映出机白米的表面粘附糠粉的多少,论证了白米采用一道抛光的合理性和可行性。

The lurbidily of water of washing rice out from the rice whitener and rice polisher was measured and indirectly re- flected the amount of rice bran powder adhesion onthe surface of rice. The ralionalily and feasibility of one-pass rice polishing process was demonstrated.
