Here is a rapid growth trend on the studies of public cultural services construction.But the external concentration,the consistence and the potential contradiction co-exist on the specific claims of public cultural services promotion.Therefore,some related research results will be further reviewed,the difference of the main opinions in current academic field can be revealed,which plays a fundamental role in the promotion of public cultural services＇ research and practice.
