摘要 师范生免费教育是国家为了培养一批优秀教师和教育家,促进我国教育公平而采取的一项重要举措。课题组的调研结果显示,该政策实施三年来,大部分免费师范生对免费师范生教育政策和教师职业的社会价值是比较认可的。但是,也存在着诸如对免费师范生规定的权利义务不太满意、对自己身份的荣誉感不强和对自己的发展前景比较担忧等突出问题。这就需要教育行政部门和学校通过建立免费师范生弹性协议、加大对中西部农村地区的教育投入和为免费师范生在农村从事教育工作创造良好的工作环境和发展环境来切实解决这些突出问题,从而培养免费师范生良好的教师职业情感,为我国中西部教育发展做出更大的贡献。 The free education of normal students is an important measure for training a number of outstanding teachers and educators and promoting education equity in China.Research group's survey results show that most of free normal students approve education policies of free normal students and social value of the teaching profession,but there are such problems as not satisfied with rights and obligations compulsorily performed by free normal students,not strong sense of honor to their own identity,worry about their own development prospect,and etc.,so educational administrative department and school should establish flexible agreements of free normal students,increase investment in education in central and western rural areas,and create a good working environment for free normal students' engagement in the education in rural areas,in order to solve these problems,cultivate good feelings of the teaching profession of free normal students and make a greater contribution for Midwest educational development in China.
