摘要
高校双语教师的教学能力问题已成为制约我国高校双语教学的瓶颈。从高校双语教师的教学能力构成入手,提出双语教师必须同时具备三个"双"能力,即:双语表达能力和专业学科能力;"教"的能力和"研"的能力;文化传播能力和文化差异辨析能力。通过问卷和访谈形式对教师的教学"双"能力进行分析,指出存在的问题,并提出相应的培养对策。
In bilingual teaching,the lack of qualified bilingual teachers has created a bottleneck at universities and as a result,bilingual learning has gradually become more restrained in its development.The paper begins with the construction of teaching competencies and puts forward three pairs of teaching competencies that the bilingual teachers must have.These are competencies of language expression and knowledge of specific subject,competencies of teaching methodology and actual research,and competencies of cultural understanding and discrimination of pertinent differences.Then,we analyze the current situation of bilingual teachers'teaching competencies through surveys and interviews,and finally suggest some original strategies for developing teaching competencies of bilingual teachers.
