耐热过氧化氢酶产生菌的筛选和发酵条件的研究

SCREENING OF THE CATALASE PRODUCING THERMOPHILIC MICROORGANISMS AND THE CONDITIONS FOR ENZYME PRODUCTIONS

从59株嗜热放线菌中筛选出一株产胞外过氧化氢酶活力较高的嗜热链霉菌(Thermo-streptomyces sp.)T485。其产酶的适宜条件为培养温度50℃,培养基 pH6—8,碳源麦芽糖,氮源酵母膏,250ml 三角瓶装30—50ml 培养基,振荡培养48h,产酶可达140u/ml。

From 59 thermophilic Actinomyces stra-ins,the authors screened out a promisingstrain Thermostreptomyces sp.T485 with ex-tracellular catalase producing capacity.Theoptimum catalase producing conditions show-ed as follows:temperature,50℃;initial pHof medium 6—8;carbon source,maltose;nitrogen source,yeast extract and culturedfor 48h on shaker with 30—50ml mediumin the 250ml flasks.Under this conditionsthe catalase activity reached 140u/ml.
